LA DACTYLO
Born in 1991
Lives and works in Paris
La Dactylo, urban poet and language artist, transforms public and digital space into a vast field of expression. Stenciled or published on Instagram, her aphorisms and puns are poetic acts of resistance that shake up indifference and give everyone a piece of power in urban space. In her works, she speaks of light-hearted, existential or societal subjects such as love, death, the passage of time, feminism, climate issues or social injustice.
In 2022, the Centre Pompidou offered La Dactylo took over one of its space for a solo exhibition. The same year, she published a collection of aphorisms with Editions Verticales (Gallimard).
